If you require life gates or residential delivery, this must be arranged ahead of time as additional costs are associated. freight can not be schedule until this information is received

Claims filed for damage goods are subject to the carriers discretion for acceptance, this process may take up to 120 days and is not a Guarantee. We do not re-reimburse for damages as a result of transport companies mishandling , we do not take machines back that we're damaged during transport or otherwise, all machinery is sold as is where is unless otherwise stated.
